Steven Goune has over 20 years’ experience working with top-tier wall street banks, FinTech companies and a business process outsourcing (BPO) consulting firm. His expertise covers digitally enabled finance and operations transformation leveraging AI, Blockchain, Machine Learning, RPA, and business process re-engineering with companies such as Bloomberg, Genpact and Bank of New York Mellon. He holds an MBA in financial engineering and technology innovation from the Sloan School of Management of the Massachusetts Institue of Technology (MIT).
Dr. Florence Fankam is CHIPS’ Medical Officer with years of experience in the practice of health and clinical governance specializing in Obstetrics, Reproductive Medicine, General gynecology, and Surgery. She received her Medical Degree at the Catholic University of Louvain in Brussels, Belgium.
Cathy is a Ph.D. candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management studying system dynamics. Her research interests lie at the intersections between organizational management practices, health care choice and provision, and labor. Cathy received a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Wellesley College and is advising CHIPS on the interoperability of wearables and other health technologies with the EHR platform.
Edward Joback is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with expertise in corporate tax, financial accounting, activity costing and business case analysis serving a variety of American healthcare and insurance companies including Aetna/CVS Health, Cigna, Emblem Health, Healthfirst, Horizon BCBS, Independence Blue (PA). Ed has also held senior positions with Credit Suisse and Citibank in New York. He holds a BSBA from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Ms. Fogang has over 28 years’ experience in health insurance policy, controls, and claims management. She is the head of Leader Assurance, Sarl, an insurance broker and consulting company based in Cameroon and was Director of Health Insurance at AXA Cameroon where she developed requirements for the automation of their health insurance management system. She is a graduate of the University of Yaoundé where she earned a master’s degree in business management.
Guillaume is CTO of CHIPS Analytics Inc. and leads the software development team. His previous experience includes tenure as CTO for PharmaPocket and Data Manager for AXA Investment Managers in Paris, France. Guillaume holds an engineering degree from Groupe 4 (G4) in Marseille and a master’s degree in the management of information technology from IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.
Celia is a PhD candidate at Harvard Business School focusing on service delivery and customer satisfaction particularly in a healthcare context. Her research explores the use of System Dynamics methods to address points of friction during healthcare delivery leading to both patient and provider burnout and stress which mutually reinforce each other. Celia received a BS in mathematics and economics from Emory University and an MPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is advising CHIPS Analytics on the application of causal inference and predictive analytics to bolster value to providers and patients.
Deborah Weidner is Vice President of Patient Safety and Quality of the Behavioral Health Network at Hartford HealthCare. She completed her general psychiatry residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and her child and adolescent fellowship at Harvard Children’s Hospital of Boston. Dr. Weidner completed her medical training at Ross University School of Medicine where she earned Highest Honors and received an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.
Carole Marks is a Board Certified, US trained Physician. Dr Marks recently served as Medical Director for Fidelis Care at Centene Corporation. Prior to this position, she was Managing Associate Medical Director at a large Federally Qualified Health Center in Brooklyn, NY. She is a graduate of Princeton University where she completed pre-med studies and earned her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
